Girl thank youuuuu!!!! I've had my sliding bracelet for about 1.5yrs and started having this issue to the point where I stopped wearing it because it was falling off. I actually thought about buying a new bracelet and return the old 1 with the receipt, lol. Now I don't have to be trifling. They should tighten it for free, we pay too much to have to go through this.
Agree the silicone inside the slider should be replaced if it becomes loose, the shop should warn against loading it up with too many heavy charms. Think it looks better plain without charms on its own anyway
IF YOU WANT TO KEEP IT IN PLACE, USE A TINY RUBBER HAIR TIE AND TIE IT TO THE DESIRED MEASUREMENT ❤ I didn’t have the clasp thing so you can use this as an alternative

thank you SO much!! I went to store after having to readjust my bracelet every 1-2 minutes... all day long... they didn't even know about this neat little trick! They just said "oh you should have fewer charms to make it less heavy" hm interesting how you didn't mention that last week when I bought it all from you here? and now the solution is giving them even more money to fix what shouldn't have been a problem to begin with. the sliding thing it comes with is so WEAK. so thank you very much for uploading this! much appreciated
Also I wear mine with absolutely no charms at all and it still does this, so the charms are definitely not the problem. It is a design flaw honestly :(

I loved this bracelet when it first came out. I was really excited when I got it for my birthday but when I took it home and started to use it i was quite disappointed because I realized that the ball was way too weak to hold the bracelet in place. I thought that I probably had put too many charms on it and removed some but that didn't help at all. But now I really want to try this and hope it finally stays in place.

Great idea. I saw a photo of several of these bracelets lined up with the charms on it. I couldn't figure out how they were put on. But now you gave me the answer. They actually were clips. There are so many things that we can do with the clips. I too, love being creative. Have you ever seen Pandoras retired double diva clip? The possibilities are endless I've managed to track down a couple. Not cheap but well worth it. Thanks for sharing. I really love and enjoy your videos.

I took it to the store and asked them about the stoppers, and they told me I had to get another bracelet.. I'm going to try the stoppers, but I need to ask what kind of clip worked for you? How do i adjust it
We don't have the buy more promo in Australia. It seems dumb and a waste of money if you are risking not having any warranty with a deal like that. I get not being able to swap or return but if it's faulty and a replacement is required, i would expect to still have a year's warranty. May as well be risking Ebay lol. Did u want to get a replacement? Or didn't trust the style so wanted to swap? In Australia we have change of mind swap on full price items for 2 weeks but on sale items it's no exchange unless it's faulty. But if u buy sales on their estore it can be returned or exchanged up to 1 month. I think that is great because sometimes you didn't have a look at something instore but when it's on sale you might want it. We don't get alot of different sales. 3 for 2 ring, charm, earring deals. Or GWP. That's about it. Definitely try again at another store. They might have different thoughts now it's been out for awhile. All the best. Otherwise you did come up with a g8 idea for a fix. I'll stay tuned as i wouldn't be getting one until it doesn't have the problem. I thought the biggest problem would be it ending up dangling in my dinner or the loo. Lol.
leanne muller I totally agree. Buying a brand new style of bracelet that I was not familiar with during the sale when the warranty does not apply was not a great choice. Hopefully they’ll understand it was a manufacturing problem and will be able to exchange it for me because I just want an exchange. I’ve noticed promotions are pretty common here in the US ranging from GWP to actual items on sale and buy more save more. I do have to make sure to watch the dangling strings lol I’ll make an update video if I’m able to talk to a sales assistant a bit more and get an exchange 🤞😊

Hi I watched your video when you first uploaded . I just rewatched, because yesterday I purchased the same bracelet, I am wondering if you still love it. The bracelet has the 2 side parts that I am worried about. I saw a few reviews saying theirs broke. Do I have to worry? I don't want to lose my clips or charms... if it broke and I couldn't find them.
Hi! This style of bracelet unfortunately did not work for me and i did end up exchanging it for another style. I exchanged it twice- the first time because it got loose and the second time because it actually broke ( i didn't lose any of my clips or charms)! I do have a video on my channel where i go into more detail (it's called pandora sliding bracelet update). Having said that, i have heard of many people that love this style and it's worked out for them. My advice would be to wear it a couple times to make up your mind and if it's not your style just go back to the store and see if you could exchange it or maybe you'll end up really loving it :)

I love the cuteness of the bracelet, but I don't understand why Pandora would risk making a design if it's too high a risk of breaking. I will exchange it if I am not happy. I love all your videos
If you’re worried about that then get stoppers for it, the clip on stoppers work pretty well, and be careful with the weight of charms you put on them, just don’t overfill it
Anyone know how to add a safety chain to this type of bracelet,?
I noticed this happening with my daughters bracelet I thought about getting myself one till this happened to her I also thought about putting a safety chain on it cause I'm paranoid that it will break
I just got this bracelet today after months on deciding if I wanted and then waiting for it to be back on stock. And now that I look at the reviews everyone complains that it breaks after a few days. Did you notice if the chain becomes more flexible with use or should I just wear it for special occasions?
Isamari Jimenez I’ve had mine for 3 months already and it hasn’t broken, but I’ve also seen very mixed reviews on this bracelet. If you’re planing to wear it with no charms I would say the bracelet should be fine and shouldn’t loosen up too much, but if you’re going to wear it with charms I’d say wear it occasionally if you don’t want it to loosen up too fast. I started wearing mine with charms right from the start and it became loose within a couple days (7-10). Hope this helps (:
Hi I just read your comment. Did you keep your sliding bracelet? I just bought mine yesterday for my Bruno theme bracelet. It looks beautiful but I am worried it will break or fall off my arm.
Pandora Girl I kept it and I love it. I don’t have too many charms in it though, only 3. At the beginning it feels very fragile that’s why I was afraid is was going to break, but now after a few months I haven’t had any issues with it and I wear it everyday
@@isamarijimenez3924 Thank you for answering. I hope my bracelet is as sturdy as your is. After I read customers being unsatisfied with broken, or lost bracelets it really scares me. I'm going to wear it tomorrow and I'll probably be looking at my wrist all day to be sure it's still on. 😂
Pandora Girl I think you should be fine. I don’t take mine off, I even sleep with it sometimes. I recommend don’t make it too tight.

yashira castro I’m not sure the correct name but I call it a “black silicone stopper”. You can get as many as you want from your pandora store free of charge.

I don't know what your promo was but what I've been told is if it's a GWP the gift is not usually replaced if there's a problem because mostly we get bangles or ornaments they don't usually have. Or if it's sales because it's retired they would have to refund amount paid. I know the manager at my store said that the bracelet like yours shouldn't self loosen and if it does it might be a faulty batch and to bring it back. I told her about my concerns after watching your videos. It doesn't make sense to have a defect product out there giving their brand a bad name. Look at the first baby open locket. It kept opening so they recalled it and redesigned it. I would take your receipt and have another go at a replacement. You aren't asking for a different product and maybe by now they have realized there's a problem with some of them. I also remember some of the old essence bracelets opening and falling off and they redesigned the clasp on them.
leanne muller I bought this bracelet during the buy more save more sale back in March. They stamped my receipt and at the bottom it said that I could only exchange/return these items during the days of the sale. I still tried to take it in because I just wanted to exchange it but they told me I couldn’t exchange it. I also let them know it was loosening up but they still didn’t let me. I really hope it’s just a batch problem, but I have seen several bad reviews on the pandora website claiming it’s been breaking or loosening up. I’m going to try to go to a different store and ask because maybe it was a batch problem and have gotten other people brining it back. Thanks 😊!

you can take the bracket off on the things on the end of each side there’s a little lever to press and you pull it off

Very useful idea 😘✨Did you not take the bracelet back and tell the store what was happening ? even if you like the way it works now maybe Pandora need a report of this just like Windows do for the blips in the system and they ask you to help them and want you to send a report when stuff go wrong with their software 😂😂 If you do go and tell them at the store would you mind getting back to us about what they said 🤔

Wrinklies I did visit the pandora store hoping for an exchange but unfortunately they didn’t allow me to do so because I bought it during a promotion 😕 but I’m glad I found a solution. I definitely will bring up this subject next time I go because the sales assistant did say there had been a couple people with the same complain. Wrinklies If you purchase something during a promotion you can only return it/exchange it during the days of the promotion so the one year warranty does not apply to those purchases 😕 and I’m not sure how many charms they recommend placing on the sliding bracelet but I’ll be sure to ask 😊💕
Wrinklies I don’t think that is true. They will refund you what you paid. If it’s a promo they have a reduced price. I returned mine, it had a 1 year warranty, the actual silver sliding bracelet was sold out online so they offered me a refund, but I was like it was a promo so I only get 40 back, so they gave me a 15% off order code. So I was happy I got a silver bangle bracelet that was on sale with 15 off plus some other stuff I wanted.

I will not be buying any more junk from Pandora. If anyone can recommend a NON PANDORA clip to solve this probrlm I would greatly appreciate it. I have 2 bracelets myself and multiple charms. I have bought both my dtrs bracelets and multiple charms. I've bought countless number of charms as gifts for others. I've also purchased a necklace and the matching earrings and 5 pandora rings. This essentially is expensive costume jewelry, but of course we all love them. If Pandora cannot take the time to put some effort and maybe a little bit more money into correcting this problem, they're no longer worth my time and money. On 2 separate occasions both my dtr and myself were essentially blown off by Pandora associates in less than 5 minutes, being told this was OUR FAULT because we got the bracelets wet (and???? Did anyone ever tell you not to?) and that it was a non fixable problem. On top of that it was sincerely suggested the solution was "you have to just buy a new one"!!!! I'm not kidding this entire transaction was less than 5 minutes. They were completely unconcerned. In fact the lady just walked away. My point isn't a rude sales clerk, it is that the clerks are all well aware of the problem, they've heard it many times before. Therefore im sure corporate is also well aware. So what is Pandora going to do? Keep selling $125 and up bracelets that may last a year to 18mos? I can get that at Kohls for under $50. If the bracelet falls off you lose all your beads which alot of times have a sentimental value worth much more then retail. It infuriates me to think for close to 15 years now I've been purchasing Pandora products and this is how faithful customers are rewarded. The lady said....well if you've had it over a year your warranty has expired. I think Pandora may have completely outgrown their britches so to speak. For the record, I have purchased some Pandora items at a local independent jewelry store and was told by their sales people retail jewelers consider Pandora to be little kids jewelry. Lol I don't disagree after having this experience. A good friend of mine worked for a jeweler for years and I was told by him there is a 200% mark up on jewelry. If that's correct I feel like Pandora can afford to take the hit for this problem, why should the customer be the one that loses her bracelet or just doesn't wear it because of being afraid of losing it?
