@@Cobalt_Tree the one I have is like his old one. Small and uses flourescent bulbs which gives a lot less accurate light. So it isnt as accurate with halftone dots. His new unit is LED and gives 405nm of uv light. I had to look that up. Mine doesn't say what the light is. I just know its a lot less accurate.
How do you like the unit a year later? I’m debating between this unit, the smaller (non lid version) and the next unit with the vacuum lid. Does the compression lid work well? Anything you’d change? Thanks boss!
Gave it more time. If you get the non lid version you're gonna be causing yourself more work in the end. It's convenient having the more expensive units because they have timers and add the proper pressure
How has your X25x36 been working out for you? Are you satisfied with it? I see comparable units that have vacuum pumps but that adds at least another $1,500 to the cost. I don't want to spend that extra if its not worth it. Your thoughts?

Why does the unit help with halftones? Is it the added pressure down on the screens?
