I thought you needed a Gen 1 and 2 copy of the same language to trade with?
Not necessarily. All western language versions of the games are compatible with each other.

Theoretically yes, but you would need to modify your VC game's save file.
I've never tried transferring them to the Pokémon Bank or Home, but it's probably doable

(Under normal conditions, the game won't let you complete the trade.)

You need to use a save file editor such as PKHex.

You need to change the type of Missingno using PKHex to match the one of the pokémon it will transform into once traded to Gen 2. Sorry, but I don't know any tutorial that explain how to do this.
