Hell no they can always legally separate and leave in silence if things get too extreme.
They ALWAYS pick the easiest charge just to hold the suspect. Then work more evidence to nail the criminal

@bluecoral3873 Just so you know. I'm Nepalese myself and never heard about the dismembered incident prior to this. I believe it's a Western thing and people are getting more ideas of it by watching these hideous dismembered crime on netflix and so on.

A woman claiming to be the victim's friend has started a gofundme and has raised over $11,000 so far. So I'd be vary of anyone who's claiming to be her friend. They seem to be taking advantage of the fact that she has no family in the country.

I have already seen 2 go fund me pages, One has raised $86k and the other has raised $15k . I was also tempted to donate thinking about the lil baby, but I can't trust if that money's gonna go to the child.
I would look and see if there is a local nepali association. They may be able to get into contact with her parents so you can donate to them directly ❤
I know for sure there is at least one go fund me for the family. They are trying to pay for mamtas mom to fly into the us to get her granddaughter and also of course help care for the daughter. The fact that there is more than one could def mean scams. I’d report anything suspicious.

i saw a picture in a video of him holding up 2 really long rifles or machine guns with silencers on them and he looked like he did something or was planning something...Also saw him in a very short video where he was looking at her in a very evil way...What a monster...He certainly has no conscience about it...i don't get it....

They alternated watching the baby when the other was at work. He didn’t want her to leave the baby with him anymore and threatened to leave the baby with cps. Mamta reached out for help because he also threatened to take the full custody of baby. She had no car and when she considered separation earlier this year he drained the bank account. When she was out with friends he would track her and even contact the friends to make sure she was “ok” .. so yea very controlling and it’s sad that this baby girl has to grow up without her mom over some worthless scum who couldn’t just walk away and find a new puppet
