By the way, I am right now scheduled for three interviews in the following weeks, and in order to apply for an IT Visa at the embassy, they require a job offer/ job contract. I guess the job offer is easier to ask for. I am currently residing in India, and recently I received a job offer from Germany. In the email sent by the recruiter, various details were mentioned, including salary and other benefits. One aspect that caught my attention was the pension plan, which stated "employer's contribution to the pension scheme €30.00 gross/monthly." Normally, the contribution rate for the pension scheme is 18.6% of the gross salary, with both the employee and employer contributing 9.3% each. However, I am uncertain as to why the mentioned contribution is significantly lower than this standard rate.I would greatly appreciate your assistance in addressing my query.
