I think Saifullah should offer to take Zuleika's sister and her 2 children to her but Saifullah is so desperate for someone to help with Arad that he is grabbing at the 1st chance to get help with his projects and Arad. Also, he has already committed himself to building up Parisa's home and she is depending on him and he has already bought most of the material. What I need to know is where all that money comes from and he still does not seem to be well so he needs someone reliable especially if he has to go back to the hospital. Fatima came and saw her there and told her she could not help with Arad because her daughter wasn't well but you can tell that Fatima was not very happy with Saifullah's choice but it's all her fault anyway, since she convinced Parisa to leave.
