Salman is very smart for calling for the ambulance meeting halfway. For drivers, never ever look back but focus on the road while driving, straight road or curved road. Accidents happens within even a second. Rezia is a great help, Arad will be fine with her regardless of what anyone criticizing her. She is great. Hope Saifullah will be fine very soon. Fatimah had watched Arad for a while the first time Saifullah went for his treatment for a while. Now Fatimah had to sell many of her flock of sheep to treat her daughter who has a baby and in severe pain now and then with kidney problems. Fatimah is already crying, and she will be much more upset when she finds out what happened to Saifullah.

Cause when saifullah went to the hospital left arad with Fatima I discovered that Mirza it’s leaving in the same backyards with Fatima no one in the neighborhood knows about saifullah was in hospital and they don’t even know arad was at Fatima house Mirza found out one day he was coming to her house and saw arad asked her where is saifullah and she said saifullah went to work somewhere and got sick now he’s in hospital
So the whole time no one knows about him and they are started coming to Fatima house to help her cause arad was there and profit to promote their channel too that’s why everyone was coming to her house so the family aren’t really close and no one go to see him Khoswo went in the last minute and he was so ashamed to see his best friend was there with him
So for people who said to call Fatima saifullah doesn’t want that so Arad it’s better in his house than going to someone home

She was organised and looked after Arad and Saifullah very well. Since she was pressured by Fatima to go back to her Psychopath husband Saifullah has been terribly sad and depressed again that's why he is suffering from excruciating migraine again. He was having a heart to heart talk with his cousin Salman yesterday about his severe headaches and also about Parisa.

I been taken two types of high blood pressure pills for years to control my blood pressure and I have to a doctor every 4 months to check my high blood pressure and weight and get blood test at the clinic lab and be careful of salt, fat, etc from USA.

But I know a lot of people with blood pressure when their doctors putting them in BP medicine they don't think BP medicine should be taking every morning not afternoon not night times and sometimes they don't even take it most patients wait when they are feel headhead or dizziness to take their BP medicine it's wrong
