How to Create and manage Document Sets in SharePoint

funnt i actually build thedocument set first from the library .instead of accessing the content types from the site setiings

How can we define document set for all sites in tenant/hub?

in a standard way it is only possible manually to set up each library. it might be possible to do that with PowerShell but i havent tried it yet

Is there a way we can create a document set and have it contain a set of default folder?
