This was good value mate. I didn’t realise the primer bulbs were universal sizes, I assumed they were product specific. The one on my Mantis tiller looks like it is going brittle and yellow. A 👍🏻 from me 😀
Giving that a push to prime and having fuel squirt out would be an unpleasant way to learn it has split. Good for you to think to make a video showing how to do this.its always nice to be able to fix something instead of buying a new one. This would have been tricky to get all those close up shots. You did a great job.
Thank you 👍. I know there must be quite a lot of them around due to the fact they're relatively cheap but come with a 3 year warranty. I though somebody might be glad to find a ' how to' on it😉😀
Does yours have a plastic tab that moves forwards and backwards with the throttle cable on the carburettor, i think its to make sure the throttle does not stick at full chat?
I wonder if you can help ... I have this aldi strimmer GLBC 43 , cant get it to start, the pull start is really hard and jerky, even when i removed the carb it was still hard to pull. when i remove the spark plug it pulls fine, so its not the recoil sticking.the only thing i can think is a stuck valve? do you have any suggestions?
Hi mate Tbh it sounds like you know a lot more than I do! Are you sure there's no issues with the recoil springs, cord etc? Hope you can get it sorted I've got the same model and it's in its eighth year. ATB 👍
Good job. The strimmer is back in action now. Best wishes Bob. 🌴
Thanks Bob, always a pleasure to hear from you my friend 👍👍

Cheers mate, I know there are 19 and 22mm and some you just replace the rubber only ( all available on eBay).
Cheers 👍🍺
Nice Video ☺️☺️ greetings Melly 🤗
Thank you good video,
I have the same strimmer, but the fuel line, I had to change to the smaller nozzle and hey presto👍
Thanks Barry, Glad to hear you're up and running!
Never thought about ever having to replace that, but it could happen so great info for sure!
Thanks so much!
I think It would be the same with most 2 stroke machines
Have a great evening 👍👍
Cumbrian Homestead you’re probably right!!
I've probably done 60 of these, well done Woody. Don't worry about 14 pumps, with the new bulb the 1st 5 don't count.
That's a relief to hear!🤣🤣🤣
Cheers Tim 👍
Thanks for the how to, Woody.
Rob

Thanks so much for your kind comments my friend, have a great evening 👍👍

Thanks!
Thank you good video.
you're welcome- thank you for watching :-)
Nice that its a single unit. It needed a few more pumps the get the fuel through ;-)
Yeah mate, I think some units you have to replace the rubber part only.
Cheers
