There are so many rich Neighbourhoods in Gauteng, I actually knew only about Sandton and Rosebank. These neighbourhoods that you show are beautiful and looks peaceful too. Always satisfied with your content. Keep the good work!
Although people who live there have nice houses, they are not as rich as Sandton and Rosebank people. The houses you see there would cost far more if they were in Sandton or Rosebank, that is why Sandton is for the very rich. The north is generally far more expensive than the south.
Hence why we always tell people from cpt that Joburg is much more affordable n has way too many things to offer compared to CPT the amount they use to buy apartments we get a decent 3 Bedroom house in the surburbs
And most high end estates are not homogenous anyway. You build the house you want. That thing of staying in houses that look alike only happens in that 1 Million to 2.5 million rands range.
i'm seeing abit of Mulbarton too, but Glenvista is huge i remember at times i would get lost whenever i went jogging and it's very safe. oh how i miss it
I’m watching from Los Angeles 🇺🇸 this is excellent content! I want to know there is any properties for rent? I’m looking forward to move to South Africa soon. And what about Rose bank is it a better place? Here in US we got so many news about SA crime rate! What is the rate of crime in these two places? Thanks in advance
The difference between Joburg and Cape Town suburbs is that in Joburg the neighbours are black, White, Chinese, Indian, European Expats, American , Nigerian, while in Cape Town all those hig hend suburbs will be overwhelmingly populated by the white race.
My house here in Sydney now is=1.3m brother I'm not joking . a million dollar house prices in Sydney is nothing,2 bedroom apartment in some places are one million.@@sanelemwelase
Now. Let's compare the prices. In Cape Town a shack costs 5 million.😂 The only reason you can even brag about real estate is because it is overinflated by rich Europeans buying it up for vacations and money hiding reasons.

Thank you for showcasing my favorite suburb in the South of Johannesburg. It's funny how the south is so underated, yet with such gems.
Truly underrated hey. Glenvista, Bassonia etc... Real beauties down there.
I am appreciating this city even more, well done for showing Joburg as it is, I know you have not covered even 50% of the city but it keeps on giving.
You are right. We need to re-imagine how to market JHB to the world.
Joburg is beautiful. Thank you
We agree!

@@SoulBuddy2222 Good to know, still look a good place to live in. I have to visit Gauteng for my own and enjoy the experience.
Muchas Gracias!

I prefer these kind of areas over your estates where the houses look practically the same with no freedom to build how you want
People chose estates for security reasons
And most high end estates are not homogenous anyway. You build the house you want. That thing of staying in houses that look alike only happens in that 1 Million to 2.5 million rands range.
Safety concerns drive people to estates
Thank you for showing my surbub very nice, quiet and secured. Love the mountain views beautiful. You must go to Bassonia another mountainous beauty.❤

Should have carried up that mountain and turned right to see the full view
The snakes there on the mountain, I can only imagine them. But other than that, this suburb looks nice, quiet and secure.
Thinking of buying in Glenvista? Let me take you on a tour to see some houses in Glenvista
Which suburb is more appealing to you in the south of Johannesburg?
Glen Vista is a hidden gem for sure.
Meyerton lovely area

My wife recommended this area for our lifetime residential area. I am busy doing my research and fact-finding mission .
You just passed my home in Mulbarton ❤ , 100 % the best place to live in , in Gauteng, peaceful crime free simply amazing .
