- Welcome to 81 Aureate located in the posh area of Bandra West. This beautifully designed 4 bhk sky villa with a paddle pool in the balcony and a capsule elevator that will drop you off right in your villa has been created by MJ Shan Company. The interiors of this show-flat has been designed by HBA.
The building is made up 26 floors with a total of 81 villas hence the name 81 Aureate, where the term Aureate means made up of gold which just goes to show how lavish the property was already meant to be. With the villa you will get access to all the amenities provided by the property, including pool, gym, etc as well as a vegetation garden, kid zone and pet zone and a 900 metre jogging tracking.
There are a total of 10 elevators available which are provided for the ease of transit, 4 of the elevators are for the residents, 4 for the guests of the residents and 2 for the service staff.
