I have definitely had the experience where eating NOTHING is way easier than eating SOMETHING. From what I understand, the mechanism is stable blood sugar and increased ketones.
hey abel. shits weird right. when im hungry or dieted i cant imagine ever being full... so i despair about my diet. when im fed and on maintenance for a while (not gaining) i cant imagine or remember how it felt to be hungry at all, and I become naive. cant imagine whats its like to have energy when i dont, cant imagine what its like to be without it when Im energetic. Conclusion: When it comes to exercise and diet, its a clearcut case of knowing... actual knowing without any kind of reflexive motivation to back up why you plan the way you do. If im gonna be on low calories for a while I need to remind myself that the hunger WILL go away... else I get disinhibited to the max. Pure despair. so unnecessary. cheers abel. loved this

I appreciate the minutia. I am trying to figure out what modality I want to use. Balanced, keto, or some other low carb diet. In any case, if the calories are in check, it's gonna work. "Just do the program."
