Great show! And I wanted to say, thanks for being such a good bunch, like a couple of episodes back whereby you brought a car for zip tie drags(?) fixed it, then sold it back to the original owner for the same money, after fixing it, that's very kind - kudos to you all. Incidentally for this build, is it worth getting it on EFI and mapped? As you will know, a boosted motor, especially running a lot of boost will always be vulnerable to melting a piston due to going lean at the top, so having it mapped might save you some more pain? Or at least decide a maximum boost figure and then take the carb setup and get that setup so you know its safe at max boost etc. Taking nothing away from what you've all done, it shows great ingenuity, skill and hard work. Well done!
Came here to say this! I get that properly tuned carbs are the best they're going to be at full throttle, but it would run soooooo much better everywhere else with EFI.
You guys have some interesting builds, a specialty in oddball shit nobody else is trying. I respect it. To that carburetor issue I have had the best luck with ATM carburetors. Send them your engine specs, they will build a blow through to match it. Shit comes out perfect every single time. For me anyway it's been a life saver.

Great to see the time you take for fans, especially fans who came that far to not only help out with a build...but drive the distance just to meet up ... that's pretty rad... The truck will beat the snot out of a production truck though...of that I have no doubt
You can buy an adjustable 4/barrel linkage rod from Holley. What it does is lets you adjust how soon the rear two barrels open . That would let you adjust any lean spots rite above idle circuit. Trust wits worth the $50 they ask for it. Great video Tony!!!
All of the Holley carbs I've seen people messing with I've always kinda wanted to be like "uhhh hey... that's actually adjustable to a point.... and your transfer slots should never be that far open it's never going to be right..." But the only time I spoke up I got told that they have 30 something years of experience etc so I keep quiet and watch people struggle now... thank you for your time and effort!
The best thing about SikeClone is that I watch and think, with my limited skills, I could build that. I cant, but you keep inspiring to break some stuff. Thanks for the show.
Shame Holley didn't send over a Sniper Xflow 1375 or something and a crank trigger or dual sync to run LS coils on that beast. Aluminum heads and single plane would do wonders too. Even a switch to a Gen V LV2 4.3 with an intake modified for port injectors run with a Terminator X would be SERIOUS, probably 700-800hp capable with the right cam and enough boost.

always used hairspray to install bmx / mountain bike grips too. helps them slide on easy and then it dries and they stay in place better. 👍
