Advice for you is
1) Get your Bicycle serviced before your expedition
2) Carry tool Kit (Allen key set, Puncture kit, extra tube, mini pump, etc)
3) Keep hydrating time to time(carry electrolyte power)
4) Don't carry bag on your back
5) Wear full sleeves t-shirt
6) Don't carry wanted things in your bagpack(take only required things)
7) Helmet is compulsory for entire ride.
8) If you riding in a group- use ‘through and off’ and the single pace line technique.
