After 6 month's use I am revisiting the Kotlie coffee machine, and giving my opinion both good and bad.

Hi Chris, thanks for doing the reviews. Have you tried to change the volume setting as per bottom of p.14 of the instructions? Not great English, but states up to 90 seconds. I tried this and it only made a smaller amount and so ended up doing a factory reset!
Hi, I haven't tried to change the volume setting. I find it dispenses a consistent amount most of the time, but on some Nespresso pods it has dispensed short. I came to the conclusion wrongly or rightly that the pods were the issue either too tightly packed or not piercing correctly, and have not had this issue with the current ones I am using.

Hi and thank you. It is for first use or if the machine hasn't been used for a long time. It is for priming the water through the system by removing the water tank, and using the pump to push water through the system.
Hello, I have this coffee machine for about a year and love. Lately it wasn't staying on the power, I did factory reset but now there is no power. Any idea?
Hi, sorry to hear that. No idea other than check the fuse hasn't blown, sorry I can't be of more help.
To really get a nice hot cup of coffee, I'm trying not to fill the water container to full capacity, so the heating mechanism can heat the water to max temperature. Am I correct about this? Thanks for your videos on the Kotlie too.
Hi, the water container does not heat, so in my opinion it makes no difference to the final temperature of the coffee.

The water is drawn through the bottom and heats within the machine.

Does this have a UK 3 pin plug connected to it.
Hi, yes it comes with the standard 3 pin plug fitted. It isn't one of the adapter plugs either if you know what I mean.
I have the same one but it seems that the pressure that used to happen at first, doesn’t work. And no coffee goes out now. 😢
Hi, sorry to hear that :( Have you contacted their support, and if so were they helpful? I am always interested in a company's support and after care, and this is often a swinging factor on my purchases.

@@cydt4ever Hi, I also had a search through the manual, and apart from a couple of email address's there seems no real support. Have you contacted the vendor for help as the sales contract is with them, so they are liable to assist if it is within warrantee.
Hi anyone has any idea how to remove the water tank? I don't seem to be able to do it, and I am worry to break it. Thanks.
Hi, it just lifts vertically,. It has a small guide rail that it slides back onto when replaced.

@@blacksnow129 No problem. I tend not to remove the tank on mine, and just fill it with a water jug.

hey, the handle is locked and i can't open it like to ask if someone knew how to fix it.
Did you get this issue sorted ? The same thing has happened to my - just over a month old - 5in 1 today
