    Good to see you read insteuctions and used the air tube first before use. Many didnt.

    What a disappointing experience, the idea of a coffee machine compatible with all the pod options and normal ground coffee is brilliant and convenient.
    It's such a pity that the engineering and build quality was not sufficiently reliable for the product to work properly.
    If Kotlie can resolve the problems they would have a winner.

      EXACTLY my thoughts. I so badly want this to be good but had such a bad experience with 2 (!!!!!!) machines. I’m gutted.

    @TgeCoffeePodChannel Can you please let me know the address you contacted Kotlie on ? Mine has stopped drawing water and I cannot open the pod holder . This is after just 5 weeks ! So I can no longer return to Amazon

      @TheCoffeePodChannel thank you I have just done the same . I am gutted as the machine was great . We hadn't experienced the taste issues you had . But to lock like that and stop drawing water is not good .
      Is there any other multi pod ( dolce gusto and espresso type) that you'd recommend ?

    I have had a Kotlie for about a year, maybe more. I have the US version that handles espresso grounds, Nespresso pods, and K-cups. Overall I have enjoyed it, and I am saddened to hear about the quality control issues they are having.

      That’s great yours works well. I can’t believe I had 2 faulty units, I’m frankly gutted as I so wanted it to work well
