    Meri car road side park thi . Koi vehicle hit krta hua speed se nikl gya aur left side ka door heavy scratches and dent hi gya ,just door broken condition me ho gya hai.. kya me insurance claims kr skti hu.     We did not intimate United India about the accident immediately but after release of car via court which happened to be 55 days after the accident.
    Now, based on this delay UIIC is denying the claim. Is this fair ? Or can we challenge this decision ?

    If you are saying to give original policy document details while claiming, why do your sales executive are not able to provide the Policy original documents, it means you are intentionally wanted our claims to be under denial claims category; because I had an experience that I didn’t received original policy documents which I have taken from HDFC ERGO through POLICY BAZZAR.
    If So then why did you delay my policy details, it’s a clear case of understanding of insurance companies play for denial claims because the more the company denial claims done the company profit share increases.
