Hi Archana, stumbling on this video read your comment. How did the 24.3 go for you? I could pull up when I was in my uni but now my rotator cuff hurts so I scaled the 24.3 bar muscle ups by doing kipping pull ups.
what's a cue to fix the position at 2:12? whenever I think toes in front I end up in that. not sure what I'm supposed to do from that point, if I'm supposed to "pop" the hips or something
