“Unfortunately he’s not committing any offences”……..should this be the starting point for a police officer ????!!!!!!

Why is it unfortunate? If it is legal it is legal!

There's nothing unfortunate about our rights. Next time challenge an officer if they use this word.

The policewoman admits that the employees have been swearing at him and being offensive.
Ergo she should have cautioned the staff and demanded their identities for the criminal activity that she herself had witnessed.
You cannot argue that your policing is not"two tier" if you are not enforcing the law on BOTH sides equally.

She also said it's ok for them to follow him around filming him, which is false as following him and filming him when he's asked them not to would be harassment. The difference is that he is standing in a public filming, while they were following him filming him.

She wasn't upholding any LAWS.. she was regurgitating the LEGAL SYSTEM. Big difference.. one is actually law all the rest is just rules made up by criminals (government) statutes and acts ARE NOT LAWS.. Even though the criminals (government)and their agents (police, taxman etc)will lie and tell you they are.

I've seen this before. She was just ok. she needs to be more assertive with people breaking laws. The company guy was causing all the grief and harrasment. I seen police complaining and trying to move a guy in the public part because a woman thought he looked like a pervert. WTAF ? Their justification was because he didn't want to give his name, so he might be a 'pervert' 1984 it's here

Why would this WPC bring up that he was causing some distress to these people and trespassing, as she should know that she’s there to uphold the law. And not their discomfort, and as trespassing is a civil matter and not a criminal one. As he’s employed to working inside that property. He doesn’t have ANY AUTHORITY to tell anyone out of that property on what they are allowed to do

Gordon Bennett ! The minimum wage guy still wouldn't accept the law even though a Police Officer was telling him!
What I can never understand with minimum wage guys like that, is they get involved defending the company who will sack them as soon as said company starts making a loss mugs!

Is it an offence to interrupt a drone pilot in the UK?
Interfering with a drone flight may also be an offence under Article 240 of the Air Navigation Order in endangering the aircraft (it does not matter that it is unmanned). The Air Navigation Order distinguishes drones which carry out surveillance.

That officer is committing a human rights abuse by encroaching on your human rights of privacy going about your business without having any hindrance from any authority. Most officers don't know the law or law on human rights. My advice is civil law sue.

To be fair, she's a decent copper. Rare these days. I don't see the reason for these so called " auditors" causing friction with people at work, just for hits on UA-cam. They're NOT auditors, they're pests. It's all a bit silly. Coming from a qualified internal auditor.

They do it to specifically keep these criminal police in line. They're SUPPOSED to be public servants.. but many of them are just bullies that intimidate and make up bs rules. The police are the most morally corrupt bunch out there.... Although this lady seems ok.
