Yes, 24H2 ARM came installed on my Samsung Note4 Edge CoPilot + laptop. However, I cannot use Feedback Hub (Because you're on a tented project, you'll need to sign in with your Microsoft AAD.) I am using my personal Microsoft account at login. No affiliation with a school or work account. Is this a bug? Also some Security Intelligence Updates for Microsoft Defender Antivirus are applied and others fail. Are you seeing this on your 24H2 system? Perhaps it is an ARM thing.
I have seen this happen before and it all depends on your Windows Updates settings. I believe you only get the "Preview" builds when you have the "Get the latest updates as soon as they're available" checkmarked.

even the recommendations section on start menu basically is just nonsense, you cant F remove it or turn it off, theres no setting... it just activity history things.... shittt....
click start you see pinned apps, click all apps you see an apps... why they just dont put those all apps in pinned section?, i mean, just one click and bammmm all your apps there without double clicking to all apps button... nonsense at all... except maybe pinend apps act like windows 10 tile or something that had differentiation in terms of design or style, i mean it just double click at this point, extra click
they seems focus on updating each apps, photos, weather, bla bla bla and more of those basic stuff... and yet it just a minor shit and they always seems blow it up like it was a huge changes and infact that its not at all...

every day, every week, they throw preview build, preview features, preview, preview, and preview, and may gonna decide to add it or to remove it on next preview update... it's for insider, for those who want to see beta features.... even sometime on stable build, they also messed up something... add it, remove it, add it again... hell the photo apps basically just program for us to open and F seeing a photo are slow as hell... it's gallery, how the hell is wrong and hard to just make an gallery app... I mean, if you had a phone, open gallery, it's quick as hell, while windows 11 Gaklery app are just dumb nonsense... UI still suffered with lag even on High end RIG is also nonsense, nonsense
yet the looks of windows 11 is just feels like childish family friendly looking style, soft... i prefer win 10 ui, looks professional, no rounded corner, elegant, simple, not with those colorful icon and those rainbow shitt stufff
can we just get just a basic stuff like windows 7 era?, like you dont need to be connected into the internet to just F install your OS?, just give some basic fundamentals stuff for us like win 7 without any extra shit that needed to be downloaded?.... windows 11/10 now seems hungry resources OS, when you start to connected to the internet, bammmm.... its triggered that Rainbow🌈 F OS to download something in the background, how do i know it downloaded something?, because i dee my F data usage!... why i do need to manually set my network to be caped or metered in order to avoid those shittt that they do in the background?, why it just off in the first place and give the clue or just ask me if something need to be downloaded.... NO, you get them if you check Windows update... everyone...that checkmark does not have any effect if someone looks for updates it will be there.

windows 11 taskbar are simple, yes, because you cant do much about it, compared to windows 10, windows 11 is just lockdown slow sluggish OS experience
