Those who haven’t been around awhile might not remember you had a midnight purple RS6 and I loved that color. It’d be cool to see the M3 go midnight purple and it’d go good with the orange interior, maybe paint calipers kyalami orange too.

If this is a camera car. Shouldn't it be matte black? There is also a super deep black that reflect barely any light but with that you can't see the sculpture of the car and it's only good to avoid reflections in the filming and not good for filming this car itself lol
I completely agree about the new Ferrari screens and buttons. I had an SF90 Spider delivered in December 22’ and now it’s back at the dealer up for sale Jan 23’. I’m back to driving my 812 which is just magic.
@@Paul-D Yes, kind of. Don’t get me wrong, the SF90 is an amazing piece of kit. But I just don’t gel with the Hybrid system so much. I also much prefer the semi analogue dash layout of the 812. I have a Purosange on order so I’m concerned it’ll suffer from the same problems as fas as controls go. Thankfully it’s the V12, that engine is a modern masterpiece so I’ll forgive it its shortcomings.

For example I just watch Nico Rosenberg review the Rimac. Clearly the car is superior performance to all others however the driving shots were just dull, and as he went up the hills silently I found myself thinking I’d take my 812 or GT4 any day of the week over the Rimac. I’m off to Dubai in June and was going to look at 918’s but after the SF90 experience I think it’s Carrera GT’s all the way now. Anyhow, this is a bigger topic that’s probably been discussed to death so I don’t wish to bore anyone else on it. For me… pistons and controlled explosions is where its at :)
James, I can't agree more about the utter stupidity of small touch screens on steering wheels! For all manufacturers doing this, PLEASE stop it! No one likes it. No one asked for it. I'm in total agreement... for the vehicles affected, the older generation with actual physical buttons - so much better!
Dont go bright colour on the M3, If using as a camera vehicle you will get reflections in camera shot. Main reason tracking cars with booms are always matte black. Perhaps a deep metallic blue?

That M3 is so cool like the GTC4, but that giant flat screen stuck on the dash is horrible. Cars like the Ferrari F12 have the perfect interior…a giant yellow rev counter in the middle and a V12 upfront. Forgot your flatscreen….just drive!
Matching the Interrior: Lamborghini Arancio Borealis -> Gallardo Orange that was also on the Golf V Speed Models. That would be a bonkers colour, especially with gloss carbon and gloss black accents.

Wow some crazy nice Porsches’s at that dealership. I live in Scottsdale, AZ , which is ranked number one dealership in the U.S. and I don’t ever see that level of car selection. Lately car have been going for $50k to $175k over sticker😢. Thanks for the great video…always informative 👍👍🤩

My color rec is a dark, matte color. You'll get less reflection of your camera car in the subject car being filmed as well as in reflective surroundings.

Miami Blue would look amazing with the orange accents. A Blue is a must for your M3 bud and then a good drift to break her in.

Purosangue is literally GTC4 Lusso, just lifted a few inches. Look at that interior, it's all the same. Engine is also NA V12
