Building a planter box with brother/ What is Slightli Chefi?

OK. Here we go. Today I get a hand building a planter box in preparations for the beginnings of Slightli Chefi, my cooking show. Well, it's more a show about my life as a chef, specifically a working chef for the past 35 years who also cooks a lot at home for my family. I make the same things everyone makes, but perhaps I see things a little differently. It's hard to shake so many years of being in and leading professional kitchens...it has influenced the way I cook at home. Hopefully these tricks and tweaks of the trade can help you in your culinary adventures! At the very least, it will be a fun stop in a busy week to relax and enjoy some cooking together. Oddly, there isn't any cooking in this episode. We're planting the seeds (hehe) of what is to come!
