EXCELLENT at what you do. Just came across your channel as a new videographer / DaVinci Resolve user. PLEASE keep up with these tutorials. Thanks so much, Daniel!!
Nice grading! I am wondering about one thing. As far as I know "noise reduction" node should be first in order. I don't know exactly why, but it's supposedly recommended.
Goodman! Very helpful. I was hoping you would go as far as showing the exporting process of the video as well. None the less, thanks for this tutorial!
the age of phones vs camera is starting to blur a little bit as the new pro iphones (14 and up) support 48MP Raw and now Apple Log which could allow iphones to stand up to professional cameras. it won’t be perfect but it’s a wonderful place to start if you wanna get into the industry.
Thanks bro! Could you share a source davinci project files as reference? So other folks like me can download them and play around with your grade. It would be really helpful, thanks!
Hello Daniel and thank you very much for this tutorial. I'm a beginner, so my question might sound silly. How can you see your lut in your "correction node" space when it is placed before? My image changes to a log when I go to it, since my CST and my lut are after it.
@@danielchiang0620 Of course, and thank you for replying to my comment. I manage the nodes in the same order as you. I start with my CST node, then my LUT node to which I incorporate my film look. Then I add the serial nodes before. The first one is the "correction" node. When I switch to the correction node to do my highlights, contrasts, etc., the changes are applied to the flattened image, not to the image corrected with the lut (since it's placed before the LUT node). When you return to your correction node in your tutos, your changes are applied to the image with the lut. Foe me, this only works when the correction node is placed after the lut node. I don't understand how you can make your corrections on the correction node with the lut, even though it's placed before it. I hope this is clearer.
Nice video bro ! I have a question, if i have a sony A7 II, what is the parameters for the tutorial ? For example, for the color space transform, which option i choose for input ? Thanks a lot in advance :D

Is it possible to take a picture with a cell phone instead of a professional camera?
It’s possible, but the video quality would not be as good as the footage that shot by the camera
@@danielchiang0620what do you mean by that?
@@danielchiang0620 what if I’m using a 15 pro ?

Can you do one for editing on mobile? Like using capcut etc?
Спасибо Большое. Реально КРУТО
Clean!!
Thank you 🙏🏻
nice grade! just wondering, wouldn't it be cleaner if you had used the hue vs hue curves instead of the qualifier?
It's helpful but I want mobile tutorial color grading pls
Sure will do!!

Can I use your LUTS for Sony A7III? It doesnt support 10-Bit though
Still could work, just need to lower down the opacity 👍🏻
Can I use your luts with HLG Picture Profile ?
You definitely can :)
How do you change the hue of the Halation effect?
Can i do it with my phine
Can you still apply this to the free version?
Yes you can, except the denoise function and halation effect.

how did you create the original nodes thou ?
the one you show in the beginning
also can i follow this process if I'm shooting on my iPhone ?
Gracias por los subtitulos en español ❤
I wanna ask you, is the teal light before you colorgrade or is that the white light ? I mean the setup of the light, is that the teal light ?
Yes, I set a teal light in the back :)
@@danielchiang0620 please highlight next time + lens filters (?)
How do you copy all of those effects in another clip? So I wont have to do the same thing over and over again
Right click your mouse on the clip, and choose apply grade 👍🏻
Hello, is there any way to remove previously installed effects? From the Effects section of Davinci? Completely remove them from the program?
Can I still do this if I have a camera that can’t shoot in LOG?
Yes, you can ! But the lighting need to lit the color you when you shoot !
i will never get this good...
how do you know its a gammut 2.4?
Nice video bro ! I have a question, if i have a sony A7 II, what is the parameters for the tutorial ? For example, for the color space transform, which option i choose for input ? Thanks a lot in advance :D
If you use slog2 by your A7II, then for the CST input your can choose slog2 👍🏻
if you color grade this moody color grading in premiere pro
HUH?
can i apply all this on the free version of davinci?
85 % you can !
good but selection tool in 8bit footage is terrible.
True :(
