    When you enable Endpoint analytics data upload, your default client settings will be automatically updated to allow managed endpoints to send relevant data to your Configuration Manager site server. If you use custom client settings, you may need to update and re-deploy them for data collection to occur. Hello @srinivasnaidu173,
      Thank you for reaching out with your concern regarding the error message you are receiving when applying quality updates in Intune for some users.
      The error message "workplace joined devices not supported" typically indicates that the devices you are applying the updates to are not compatible or supported for the updates through Intune.
      To solve this issue, I would recommend checking the device compatibility requirements for the specific updates you are trying to apply and ensure that the devices meet those requirements. Additionally, you may want to review the Intune policies and settings to ensure they are correctly configured for the devices in question.
      If you continue to experience issues, I would suggest reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance in troubleshooting and resolving the error message.
      I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
      Thank you.

      @PaddyMaddy26  3 місяці тому

      Hello @srinivasnaidu173,
      Thank you for reaching out with your question about blocking malicious files from being uploaded to OneDrive. One possible solution could be to apply session policies or policy templates for cloud apps. By setting specific policies and restrictions within your organization's settings, you may be able to prevent the uploading of malicious files from personal folders to OneDrive. It would be beneficial to consult with your organization's IT security team to determine the best course of action in this situation.
      If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for your inquiry.
      Sincerely,
      Paddymaddy

    I have created a quality April patch policy.and already march policy also present.And in update ring policy only one policy is there .is only update ring policy is enough or I have to create another update ring policy in intune

    • @PaddyMaddy26
      @PaddyMaddy26  2 місяці тому

      Hello srinivasnaidu173,
      Thank you for your comment and question regarding update ring policy in Intune. In regards to your inquiry, if you have already created a quality April patch policy and a March policy, it is not necessary to create another update ring policy unless you feel it is necessary for your organization's specific needs. Generally, one update ring policy should be sufficient to manage the deployment of updates within your Intune environment.
      If you have any further questions or need assistance with setting up your update ring policy, please feel free to reach out for assistance.
      Thank you for your interest in Intune and for your participation in the discussion.
      Best regards,
      Paddymaddy

    Mailbox storage is full in Outlook what to do as o365 admin

    • @PaddyMaddy26
      @PaddyMaddy26  3 місяці тому

      Hello @srinivasnaidu173,
      If the mailbox storage in Outlook is full for a user, as an Office 365 admin, there are a few steps you can take to address this issue.
      1. First, you can check the user's mailbox size and see which items are taking up the most space. You can do this by running the "Get-MailboxStatistics" command in PowerShell.
      2. If the user has a lot of large attachments or old emails that can be deleted, you can work with them to clean up their mailbox and free up some space.
      3. You can also increase the user's mailbox storage limit temporarily to allow them to continue receiving emails while they clean up their mailbox.
      4. Additionally, you can consider implementing mailbox retention policies to automatically delete old emails or move them to an archive to free up space.
      If you are still experiencing issues with mailbox storage after trying these steps, I recommend reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.
      I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
