Great videos, fun series, just subscribed. I just bought two bayou 220's for $400 a week ago (that's how I found your vids/channel) but not sure if either run. Few things missing off both but hope to make one running quad at least. Love that you have your son helping, I'm a firm believer in that, my son and daughter have helped with a few projects. I am in Canada but where did you get your parts? Im looking forward to seeing it run soon.

@@jacobhollandsworth5103 you wouldn't happen to have a wiring diagram for a 1993 model would you? i have a manual on the way but the wiring is a mess and i tried a few wiring diagrams off the internet but nothing quite matches the wiring colors i have perfectly. i know its a 1993, i looked up the VIN on Kawasaki.com

I am in the middle of this exact project. Just inherited a lawn ornament that hasnt been run for 4 years... 2001, got it mostly tuned up and running yesterday, need plastic repair next weekend. Might have been bidding against you for the rear box cover, haha. So, will the stator/alternator keep up with all the lights and the bat charged??? Looking forward to the seat. Mines WAY worse. Keep it up!

Thanks! The electrical should keep up no problem. They're all LED, I dont know the exact numbers but they draw a lot less than the old incandescent. Ive been running a similar setup on my 97 Recon 250 with no issues and it has a larger lightbar.
