INGREDIENTS NEEDED
1 & 1/2 lb Lambi conch
1 Baigan/ eggplant
Seasoning process
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Sazon Tropical
2 tablespoons green seasoning
CURRY PROCESS
2 pot spoons oil
1 onion finely chopped
2 pimento finely chopped
1 tomato diced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 scotch bonnet pepper (optional)
3 curry leaves
2 tablespoons curry
1 teaspoon Maggie all purpose seasoning
