Easy & Delicious Egg Fried Rice Recipe

- This "trini style" egg fried rice uses local ingredients like shadon beni, pimentos and bay leaf but delivers authentic flavors with the use of freshly ground spices and MSG.
Hopefully even with the slight deviations from a "traditional" egg fried rice, this dish will still make Uncle Roger proud.

It came out real good..I just forgot the bay leaf when boiling the rice..so studying the "no straining the rice" and no msg joke😂 I added a chicken stock powder too (msg in that yes😜)
