  • We had trouble finding info on how to intentionally do this achievement when we were going for it, so I'm uploading this one in the hopes that it'll help someone else.
The achievement is to squash a hoarvor with the sliding stone block when Grundwulf launches it up, and do that 3 separate times, no need to clear the fight. We weren't sure on the exact conditions Grundwulf would launch the block, but it seemed to only happen after the first time he hid behind it. Kiting him close to the block didn't seem to help, so we settled on "it might happen randomly some time after 80%?" Whenever Grundwulf launches the block, it always goes to one of the two sides of the arena, so to eliminate some of the RNG, we kept 2 hoarvors up, with each DPS taunting one, on each side.
Grundwulf's sequence of events is more or less consistent, so the flow we ended up using was:
    1. Play mechanics and push boss until ~85%. Before this time, just kill the hoarvors so they're not annoying
    2. Boss hides behind block, spawn the first hoarvor by heavying the hemo helot. A DPS taunts it away
    3. Sacrifice to create the hemo helot, but don't break it yet
    4. Wait for boss to spawn megabat, heavy the hemo helot to deal with that as well as keep the hoarvor alive
    5. Both DPS take the hoarvors and kite/CC them at the edges of the arena around where boss would launch the block
    6. Push boss to 80% if not already there, wait for launch mechanic
    7. When telegraph shows up for the block, chain the hoarvor into the telegraph. Make sure you yourself are not in the danger zone
That's 1 progress for the achievement, and if farming the achievement, it's better to just wipe at this point and start over again for the next one, because the adds build up too much.
If we were to do this again, I would swap out my Mass Hysteria for a longer range CC, because on other attempts I did get bitten by the hoarvor due to not kiting far away enough. The hoarvors don't become CC immune, so you can also just spam CC skills instead of kiting around.
