Honestly, I have a very interesting idea for a Fusion Character, at least in terms of visuals. Just a Large Statue or Construct that has a group of Spirits that posses and control it. Extra arms or just some other thing for each character's hands, and it has a single Head that Rotates to the face of the one currently acting.
When I first read this pdf, I thought about one of my favorite boss fights from Final Fantasy 4 - the queen of the Summoned Monsters (Asura, I think was her name). I think this concept can lead to a lot of fun collaborations with other players at the table!
@@TheLocalDisasterTourGuideHonestly I don't think it would be too difficult to switch things up for number of Heads, or what the creature actually is. The difference between Hydra and Cerberus is that Cerberus gets Imprecise Scent, and the Hydra gets all that stuff about their Heads. All Players in the Fusion are assumed to have some way to use two arms, with the Two-Headed Giant mentioning only having one arm per Player. Creature Types don't play any part in how an Ancestry works. I honestly have no clue if anything actually targets a Creature type aside from Undead, Fiends or Celestials. So all you really need to do is have a feature that matches what the options here give you.
2 headed giant has 2 arms? If its considered 2 regulars player, should I approach it with "I only have 1 arm available"? So I can only wear a shield, while the other fusion member can only wear a sword?
omg this is perfect.. my party has a hydra egg and I have been considering using the Baby Bestiary stuff, but this is WAY better

Hey does anyone know how to get this pdf? I am having trouble finding it. I would love to cover this on my channel!
It's on the Kickstarter page for their Secret Dragons book.
