    Sir this is the best strategy..aap itna important concept free of cost share kar dete hai..this is the best Real estate channel..Thank you So much Sir..Maine khud bahot logo ko dekha hai mere 1 friend ne bhi yhi kiya..tha..last to last year..bhale hi use pura plot free nhi mila par uske reference se 7 booking hui thi to use hardly end me 30% hi payment pocket se dena pada which is almost like free for him..kyunki launch se full layout development tak rates bhi 30% badh gae the..!!❤❤

    Builder should be able to wait for you till the time you sell the plots equal to the commission= plot value , so has to be less amount plots aso that you can convince your friends or customers.

    Plz give us pointers on how to secure deal as brokers. I did hard work but people approached builder directly and did the deal. The builder told me that he cannot talk about his deals...

      Generally it rarely happens. If its happening with you then your dealing process are not right. Many cases there's written agreement between broker and builder.
      Or better work with trustworthy builders instead of random.

    Kas koi esa bhi developer hota jo kahta apko jo plot hai vo book kar lo, or EMI bana lo per month ki without interest ki to har aadmi sayad apna ghar bana leta. lakin in banko ke piche to 10 lakh ka plot bhi 15-20 lakh ko ho jata hai... Goverment ko kuch rule banana chahiye ki land sirf rehne ke liye kharidi ja sakti hai investment ke liye nahi to sayad land ki price itne jyada nahi badhengi or har aadmi ke pas apna ghar ho sakta hai...

    Sir is video me jaise apne bataya developer se tie-up karle sell karne ke liye pr developers humpe aise hi direct kaise bharosa karenge aur bolenge ki aap mera product becho .. kyu ki humare paas plot ko bechne ka koi experience nahi hai. please batayiye

      Aapne ekdum sahi kha aapko agar experience hai aur confidence hai tabhi aap is tarah se approach kar sakte hai..plus High profile people with good network and connection sometimes come up with many Bulk bookings to unko is bat ka fadya mil jata hai aur man lijiye pure 10-12 plot nhi bhi bike 6-7 hi bike to bhi 30-40% hi amount pocket se lagta hai.. plus from booking launch date to project delivery 20-30 % rate hike ka bhi benifit ho jata hai sometimes

    Sir you mean to say, work as a commision agent and ask the builder to adjust it against your balance due to be paid!!

      No work as a Referal partner or Channel partner..it's not necessary to work as Agent..and give more time leverage power of Good team and system if the developer has this things or in other words do this for a company which have systems and strong team..!!

    Sir ek question he ki 10-12 plot ko bek wane mein 6- 10 mahine lagenge uske baad hee comission banega. Toh kya token kharidne ke baad kya utna time milega registri office se .

      Thank you so much itna acha question puchne ke liye..ye Sirf unhi project me hi sakta ho jha apko..New Plotting layout me Payment ke liye time period 10 to 12 Months ho..Plus apko Agent ki tarah nahi 1 Influencer ki tarah deals karni hai..and instead of your powerful network you can avail your plot at Discount or almost free.. possible only in Tier 2,3 Cities..
