Builder should be able to wait for you till the time you sell the plots equal to the commission= plot value , so has to be less amount plots aso that you can convince your friends or customers.

Plz give us pointers on how to secure deal as brokers. I did hard work but people approached builder directly and did the deal. The builder told me that he cannot talk about his deals...
Generally it rarely happens. If its happening with you then your dealing process are not right. Many cases there's written agreement between broker and builder. Or better work with trustworthy builders instead of random.
i think directly go for commission point no need to give money for booking. Never risk ur money for builder trust bcoz many builders dont deserve trust
