Enjoy your puppy. They make great dogs. We lived on a farm in Indiana for 10 years and raised goats. When we decided to move back to Florida we of course brought our Great Pyrenees dog with us. We moved to the Ocala area with 3 acres. No goats but lots of chickens. And bears, she loved chasing the bears and coyotes that we had there.

Thor, that was the name of my favorite dog. He was the protector of my kids as they grew up. He went through my back screen door when a random dog came into my yard and went for my 4 year old son. He also saved my son from falling down the basement stairs by grabbing him by his diaper. This was back in the day of cloth diapers. The other two names are too long.

Thor is my choice. And first saw you on videos from the Okie Homestead event and have now subscribed after seeing you picking up your pup. Great Pyrenees are amazing guardian dogs I have 2 Pyrenees mixes who are amazing with the livestock. I also have a Catahoula who's instincts sometimes get the better of him but he is learning. All 3 of our dogs are 1 year and under.

Thor is my choice. And first saw you on videos from the Okie Homestead event and have now subscribed after seeing you picking up your pup. Great Pyrenees are amazing guardian dogs I have 2 Pyrenees mixes who are amazing with the livestock. I also have a Catahoula who's instincts sometimes get the better of him but he is learning. All 3 of our dogs are 1 year and under.

So glad I caught this video. I subscribed to your channel because you impressed me right away. I’m 77 years old with some serious health problems so I watch lots of UA-cam as that’s about all I can do. I have been binge watching your videos to catch up and have fallen in love with your family. Your homestead really impresses me because it is so clean and the animals are so healthy looking. Thumbs up to you and your wife. Great job with the children……..so precious and polite.
