What’s the point of this as the balloons will cost you £1.50 each balloon

Additions of flowers created in this way add a considerable amount of value and interest to your creations. It is also an ideal way to use any balloons that may be slightly damaged or perhaps have pin holes and would otherwise be disposed of.
