hi i didnt catch your name but im very much going to watch your videos these were a super bike back in the day and very good to ride if you look on the web for the zephyr zone you will find lots of info on there sign up many people have lots of knowledge
A manual and a multimeter will probably be your friend here to check the coils along with contact cleaner on all the connections and checking there is no corroson on the earth point would be my advice.
Thanks for sharing your project. Lot of work in view but the bike has potential. I wish you succeed. I just ride mine for 2 hours. Pure pleasure... the engine is a treat. Bye
