Thanks for the nice wrist cam video and your thoughts. For the chest press and triceps press, I put the foot plate on my plush carpet and lie on it like a bench press. The metal foot plate keeps the bands off my shirt, skin, (and long hair if I had any🤣).
This is useful content for me - started the 12wk resistance band program again (new year's resolution to get fitter - again!), and I bought a bar as an imitation X3 as it's out of my price range, but your opinions on it are still things I can watch out for, cheers 👍
This great info never too old to learn and correct something’s

I’ll definitely try bench press that way. Thanks.

Thanks for continuing to use the 12 Week Program. This type of resistance band training may inspire me to create a program based on the equipment.
😂
Cool camera angle on that wrist. That's something that people might pick up using.
Thank you Stevie. I too feel it in my triceps , on the chest press do you think this will pass in time as we get used to it?
I’m ok with it, although it does exhaust the triceps faster on the extension/pushdown.
Wish you and I could have a men to men talk
Does the bands hurt your arms at all while your doing the bench press? It looks uncomfortable
There is some rubbing against my arms/shoulders. It’s not too bad, but is a little red afterwards.
Seems like doing that chest press with a heavy band would not be too good on on your back.
