Strava (Fitness Apps)
This is a free apps which downloaded from Galaxy Apps.
The function of this apps is to record user workouts. The apps will show the distance, calories burn, time, heart rate, voice guidance, auto pause and even live GPS location. User can select to store the data or discard it. The data will be link into Strava phone apps and the result can be share online through Strava or link it with Relive.
Its really convenience and user friendly. It also one of the best alternative for S- Health apps.

How do you fix the No GPS problem? I can see that the strava on your watch also don have GPS
Setting on watch and scroll till you find location and turn it on
so i dont need use samsung health , i start activity to my watches and then sync to strava app right ?

Strava App NOT SUPPORTED for Gear S2!! Really?
I can't believe that there is no version of the Strava app in the Samsung Galaxy Store which is compatible with the Gear S2.
That is insane. It was not a cheap watch, and has all of the sensors and features which are required for Strava to work (My much lesser Garmin VivoSport works with Strava) . I will probably buy a Garmin smartwatch/fitness tracker next time I spend a bunch of money on such an extravagance.
The lack of apps in the Galaxy Store makes me wish I'd bought a WearOS watch instead.
I'll have a good look at what apps are available for the Garmin Fenix series. At least the Garmins work with Jiff & with Strava (And Google Fit too!)

WOW, thats pretty useless. It is availble on the Gear Sport but it crashes every 1-2 minutes.

Hi it wont pick up GPS at all, I've tried reinstalling on both phone and watch, re-pairing, giving all permission on both. but still no GPS? GPS works fine on Samsung health, any ideas?
Same with me. I have a Galaxy Watch Active 2 and Strava apps won't connect to the GPS.

There is no strava app on the galaxy store anymore, only a watch face. So frustrating. Terrible.
Open Galaxy Wearable. Then, choose Discover tab. You should see Strava on the top banner. Still can download it

You have to install Strava om your phone.. then, request for the code inside Strava apps

@@FirdausSelamat Figured it out. I was going to strava.com instead of samsung.strava.com. I now get an activation code but when I enter it, it says "wrong activation code entered", even when I click on regenerate code and enter a new code. Seems like other people are having this same issue. Strava says they're investigating.
I never got a code. Cant find the website samsu g.strava. I get redirected

since the free phone version of Strava doesn't have heartbeat or calories burned, will it pull that info from the Galaxy smart watch?
