Always real-estate, Why not find people who can actually talk about ways to earn money that are practical? Real estate is a bad investment right now because of the hyperinflated prices and high interest rates and high down payment requirements. Going in debt 300k plus to earn maybe 3k a month is not really a good deal. You could invest 300k in stocks and earn around the same in dividends and still have access to your money and pay no interest or skyrocketing insurance. Put 300k in a house and its not liquid and the government tells you what to do with that money or you get taxed to death.
