You are doing so great Joe. Been watching for a few years. Subscribed when u asked, for all us viewers who watch, to subscribe. I would just like to say the 2 of you make a lovely couple. Alex is your your one true love. It is so sweet to see.
It's been clear how tough this last year was. But it's also clear to see now, why. The universe knew what you needed. You are a more than a inspiration. You are turning out to be the hero alex needs and vice verser she is deffo the hero u need. Together you will smash this thing we call life.
Keep on being you. Never let outside influences in the middle of what you have managed to create together. Xx
How lovely to hear you both laughing and bantering. I think you should both do these question and answer sessions regularly. I wish you both all the very best for this journey you are on. Ash.
I enjoyed that mate hope you 2 do more Q&A’s 👍
Your always proactive and busy with what you got to do or making, good to see you just chilling and seem so happy and laughing with Alex
(Ash)
I'm container growing. Rubbish start but doing better than ground planted stuff. Cucumbers, courgettes, beetroot, kale's, brocolli, marrows, beans, onions, strawberries etc., in tubs are thriving now.
Great video Joe. I enjoyed listening to you, and you seem happy. Alex seems bloody lovely too! X
Good luck to you both
This was a lovely treat to see you & Alex. It would be great to see more Q&A videos. You make a wonderful team & I'm thrilled for you both. The ash from the fire was like snow in the air 😊 Take good care 👍
Thanks for always being real, you both gel so well. Loved the video. Take care for now Joe and Alex xx
So good to see you happy and relaxed.Ash.
Cheers guys!
I wonder what US hardiness zone equivalent your new location is. What are the expected first & last frost dates?
Oh, edit to say ASH.
You both look so happy it's great to see you on the up mate 💙 ASH
Ash. Great video Joe and so nice to see you happy and laughing. I’ve not been following you for that long (I remember watching a video where you were on an allotment down south and having to make your fence safe for the neighbours or something) but I’m so glad you decided to relocate to Scotland and not the USA or Bulgaria. If you do decide to make those herb boxes and sell them I’d definitely buy one (providing they’re not £500😂). More of these Q & A videos would be good too. Alex seems a lovely girl and to me it says a lot about a person when they’re so passionate about animals. Take care. Deb from cold and miserable Yorkshire!
Ash, loved this, love what Alex’s bringing to the table.
Are you going to do a tour of your living quarters?
Ash. Glad to see you in good spirits.
It's a flow hive made in Australia... Good luck to you both and iv enjoyed this video with you both ❤
Ash lovely to hear your plans and ideas and Alex who seems to get you 😊
Nice to see you happy at-last m8
Lovely to see the chemistry between both of you, you have deffo landed on your feet Joe and Alex is a perfect match for you, you can see the banter you both share that keeps the fire burning and does not turn to ASH 🥰
This is not normal people in England think Scottish weather is always terrible, England get more floods then Scotland, in the north east the winter are cold -20 :-) keep going joe you are more resilient than I'm and more creative, you seem a lovely coupe, welcome to Scotland Mate.
Excellent 😎 If Ash is the word of the day then it's Ash 🥰 Well done to you both 🥰 A great team 🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻
So lovely to see you happy with your gorgeous girl and when you get the opportunity to discover more of Scotland, take us along with you for the ride and show us the best places to visit cos I have never been to Scotland and I know its supposed to be so beautiful!
Great O&A ash 😊
You make a lovely cpl Joe, I really hope it works out for you both ;-)
Nice video again. I have had so many knock backs even though I have always tried hard. But not only do I have the experience and knowledge learned from the knock backs and feel proud of my resilience. I now believe things have to go ok because of the laws of probability. So you’re due a run of good luck and so am I. But you know what …. Life’s never dull is it 🤣. My motto for the past few month has been “keep going” . Be careful of those ashes …. They can hold their heat for a long time slowly shouldering away 😀
Looks like it's snowing there already with all that ash... lol
Nice video... All the best. :)
What about trying cabbage, broccoli, etc. now? Cool season plants, lettuces, spinach? Might be an interesting experiment. I’ve heard the winters in Scotland are brutal. The background music made it hard to hear. I’m old so maybe it’s just my hearing, but I could do without it. :( Ash.
Hi Joe&Alex, I keep thinking if heating a greenhouse/poly tunnel with compost is something to consider with our unpredictable weather.
I'd love a box Joe and Alex 😊 Ash
Amazing! What size and engraved text would you like? You can email me at diggingfordinner@hotmail.com 👍
Miriam here

What do you mean only one of your eyes work? Ash.
Eye trauma a few years back lead to me being completely blind in one eye.
@@diggingfordinnerI have been virtually blind in one eye all my life …. But even though I see virtually nothing it kinda balances things up for me. With one my good eye if I reach out for something I can miss it. With both I can touch it. I hate wearing glasses and when I reached 40 I finally plucked up courage for laser eye surgery only to be refused because they said if they operated on my good eye to improve it and something went wrong then I would be potentially blind . Fair point really but I was gutted because I had dreamed of being glasses free all my life .
