Project Wingman is a new indie arcade flight game coming over on Steam. Many will notice similarities between this and Ace Combat, but Project Wingman is its own IP and a new adventure awaits.

If you think about it, this is probabbly how Pasternak was seeing things when he faced the entire Emmerian forces on Gracemaria on solo.
If you and the other *"Ace Combat Veterans"* had each a flying heavily armed and armoured aircraft carrier for youselves, the entire Federation forces will just instantly surrendered.
or how about just a bunch of PW-MK1s armed with lasers, 2 extra railguns, and UAVs to function like mini arsenal birds. (not that the arsenal bird actually had railguns to begin with, but whatever.) you would achieve the same result but with a lot more savings.

Man, i already played this mission before minutes ago, with my two-seater plane. (yep, playthrough with WSO, player's/everyone's waifu) and your suddenly upload this video.
I noticed that when you're flying a plane with the slower firing cannons like the SK.25U or PW Mk.1 you can tap the guns button quickly to basically double their fire rate.
Played this mission before it was hard.

PWM Mk1 is an extremely maneuverable aircraft that use energy from geothermic minerals as propulsion. it has the highest turn rates against other planes, and as such can be difficult to use for inexperienced pilots, or can be nausea inducing.
Comes at the price of lack of weapon variety, but an ace pilot makes do. With precise railgun snipes, one shotting massive vessels becomes possible.
@@Aereto This thing doesn't need weapons variety if it literally carries general purpose 20 something targetting missiles and a railgun that instakills anything not boss, this thing is literally Noseferatu but much more juiced up
@@user-uv5ld3cx5tso if you hit an airship with all the aa guns and Sam's intact it'll just blast it? I thought you always had to kill the peripherals first before a ship or airship could go down
@@ericj6636 you'll have to be precise or the railgun will hit anything around but the ship
@@ericj6636you can also do that with an Anti-Ship Missile, found on the Viggen and the other late game aircraft with the V tail and big F16 XL style wing.

when crossing the warning line in this mission on merc go for the F/S-15s first, they're what's doing the missile spamming not the ships.
They also use MLAA instead of just standard missiles, damage is same though

To all M&K players. Friendly reminder that the explosive gun can shoot as fast as you can click.
I use 2.5x damage that makes mercenary much easier. Almost every target is one-hit kill.
But with Glass Cannon, one railgun will be hazardous while one missile is instant death.
Great for SHMUP players since they are used to 1HP combat.
Federation Ground Unit: What the hell is going on?? Why is the Battlegroup taking damage???
Federation HQ: Shit, all Flight Squadrons this is HQ. Mission Parameters changed, eliminate the Mercenary Fighter targeting the Battlegroup, we can't lose the Ships or the Invasion'll fall apart!

Confirmed, the PW-MK1 does look like the Messiah from Macross Frontier.
Also confirmed, the PW-MK1 can be used as an anti-magical-girl/witch interceptor craft.
Don't ask me why the super-jets will be used on such a combat role, you're better off not knowing.

I mean even with that his HP gets to 2%. The missile spam from the enemy gets too much sometimes.

Mercenary difficulty in this game is no joke. You can't even use the AOA module and have to stick with the flares because some missiles will inevitably hit you. Oh, and not to forget you being constantly spammed by missiles and RGs and the abundant number of enemies.

The developer itself has confirmed console released but they said it would be a long time works for that but well hey at least you have Ace Combat 7 and BC Ace Combat 6 right

It is not going to be free to play.
It’s already 25 bucks, most other devs would charge a full 60 bucks for this. Trust me this is a steal
More affordable than other flight games that's for sure.

I’m my opinion ace combat is a much better game series than this,
Ace combat looks better and is more realistic , and it looks like project wingman copied a LOT from ace combat.
But,this plane was better than Ace Combat's CFA-44

@@kiritogamers3548 No. Ace Combat is developed by Project Aces. A fairly large team based in Japan. Project Wingman is developed by a 3 man team based in Australia
I think Ace Combat overall beats Project Wingman but there are things Ace Combat could learn from Project Wingman.
