A really good one; water in the background, birds are about the same chirping continuously and not too violent (some bird sounds are so loud it is amazing- and not soothing) and lasts a long long time. I've had it on all day for me and the cats and we all all in agreement; very nice background for our life today. Also the scenes of the river are all very nice- and a nice river- wonder where...Calming all together.
