Such an amazing video. This came at a perfect time im going to do it when I reupholster my droopy headliner, and it was explained perfectly. Wish I could give more than a like and sub! Thank you!
Nice video... I was womderimg if it wouldnt be easier to take 12 volts from the battery and add a fuse and then power the light engine instead of wiring it from the cigarette lighter?
the power for the setup would be from the same spot i tapped into my fusebox, you could hook up the negative wire to any bolt thats connected straight to the chassis of the car so its grounded properly or you could wire it straight to the negative booster post in your engine bay. you basically just wanna wire the negative wire to anywhere thats grounded properly.
Hey, I see that you've put the wires only in back part of the headliner. Was it your idea or the wires were to short to cover the whole thing? Amazing work BTW, love the effect! Cheers
should work, id just suggest if the kit you get requires less watts than you'd also have to find a different fuse from the fusebox that supplies the same power your kit needs.
So now you wanna take off your muffler and pull it our so now you wanna take your tiers off bro you just took apart your whole interior of your car you might as well just take your seats out
This is sick. Amazing job right there mate!
Yay so glad you have a tutorial on this! It looks amazing
Very nice video. I am kinda sortof thinking about replacing my headliner fabric with alcantara, this video will help. Cheers.
Finally found the video I’ve been looking for lol thank you. A simple way to power the kit up, gonna be doing this pretty soon to my e92 335i 🤘

Amazing work!

haha thanks man :)
what size is the spare tire supposed to be i just bought a e46 and it only came with the rim and not the tire
its a full size tire so the size is the same as the cars stock tires depending on which package your car came with out the factory
@@_mrklein understood thank you
Can u buy a 10w with an outlet for a house and just cut that and do it right to + and - or do u need to buy a real 12w for a car

Its a option, with the seats in its honestly not too hard taking out the headliner if you take the head rests out
