Being an odiya I feel very sad about this, I have been visiting Odisha since I was a kid, I have experienced substandard quality of food in 8 out of 10 food joints..there are very very few stalls or restaurants in Odisha which cater the customers with quality food. Even gupchup tastes bad in bbsr and cuttuck.

Bhai. U can't really talk about aukat to them as they are officers and u r not. The hotels are raided ,but every hotel somehow have political connection with the BJD. Thus the officers power get disengaged their.
