Own three of them. Complete Love. None of my remedy bags fold down or go flat like that and I use it daily . It must be bc that material used for your polka one is flimsy. The ones I have are leather

I'm sorry I can't remember at this point and because it's one of the only products I returned I'm afraid I threw out the receipt. I will say though $200 seems like a good price and I also very much regret returning it 😕 I judged it to harshly and lost sight of why I feel in love with it.
