Good to see u smiling and upbeat. A little rest goes a long way. Ur probably what my nurse friends call a pen snob. Lol. We all have specifics that we recommend. I landed on one made by tul. I believe it’s a signature design of Office Depot but the tips vary and I’ve never written with anything that is so consistently smooth. I’m gonna give urs a try though.

Please explain, when you say you work 80 hours a week. You have 40 hours of overtime right? And in 2 weeks you have a total of 160 hours right? Do they not give you guys overtime after going over 40 hours? Maybe a new video can talk about that and give us an example?
It’s messed up, but the reason is that residents are exempt from the fair labor laws, thus allowing employers to work them for 40+ hours a week without any paid overtime. I believe it has something to do with physicians falling into a category of learned professionals
we don't get paid overtime. We are on salary, and the contract outlines the 80hr work weeks.
@@RachelSouthard I see, that's something I would fight for because most fields get overtime. I'm salaried as an RN and get overtime. So I don’t see why residents shouldn't.
