We're hiking up with some delicious ingredients that will make you mouth water more than the river you're dipping your feet in! Our tour guide Brad will take you in the right direction! Love the video, Brad, but please do the uninitiated a favor and warn viewers against using river rocks to cook. They hold moisture in them and can literally explode when heated. Happens ALL THE TIME.

I feel like a lil camp fire meal hikey hike with you and her would be peak golden retriever energy and would be absolutely amazing! I also think your and her styles are very similar, good vibes, high energy, lots of enthusiasm and open mindedness mixed with humour. And your crew energy and editing is even similar, I think you'd all get on amazingly.
She and her team have done incredible work in encouraging and getting people outdoors and backpacking/hiking/camping, and making it seem more attainable and accessible for all types of people.

Also, canned potatoes are an easy hack when you want to focus your time on preparing something else, I mean we do it all the time with beans.

Hey Brad, I have stopped buying factory farm chicken and found a local farm that sells pasture-raised heritage breed chicken. Most recipes advise low, slow, moist cooking, like braising or fricassee. But I know that this kind of bird can be shallow fried because my gramma used to make it. It was tender, crispy, and really flavorful. Will you please do a couple videos teaching us how to fry a heritage-breed chicken? A lot of people try it once and give up because it looks different and is not as tender as the factory-farmed Cornish X birds. With a little help from you, we will be able to serve up a healthier bird without sacrificing tenderness.
