- (1928) Members of a municipal band, Stanley and Oliver seem to be always following someone else's lead, rather than that of the temperamental conductor. Soon they're out of a job, as well as their lodgings when the landlady finds out they've been fired. The boys try their luck at being street musicians, but the tiffs they get into with each other soon spread to passersby in general, until the street is filled with men pulling each other's pants off.
Cast: Stan Laurel, Oliver Hardy
Directed by Edgar Kennedy

Love, love, love these boys! Right up there with the Stooges, but in a different way! ❤ Thanks for the memories! 😊
It doesn`t matter how many times I see this that last 5 minutes cracks me right up.🤣🤣🤣
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
yes the best 👍
Laurel & Hardy are my comedy duo! No one even comes close. Here's the issue with slapstick.....
Each comedic troupe had their own version. Abbott & Costello had theirs, as well as The Three Stooges, who's form was more extreme. So many others, like Buster Keaton, Charlie Chaplin just to name a couple. How about Harold Lloyd? Not sure if the Marx Brothers would fit into this category, but you see what I'm getting at.
Laurel & Hardy are true pioneers. My #1 pick.
❤❤❤❤❤
Thats one controversial title.
RiP Laurel and Hardy.
