Carr is a good QB and people who have played with him or against him know how good he is and the Saints are building around him. The Saints are going to be very good team. He will be successful in NO unlike in Vegas. Can't wait to see him win with them, you will always be a Raiders at heart.

There’s no commitment to excellence anymore. Some of the recent players, Carr as an example, was more of a Raider than the coaching staff and upper management. So, I don’t buy, “root for the team regardless.” Why? Because they wear the same uniforms as the great ‘76, ‘80 and ‘83 Raider teams? Nope. There’s nothing in common anymore. The Al Raider way is to call a spade a spade. This organization sucks now. Let ‘em rot at the bottom of the AFC West for their stupidity. They’ve earned it. Al is spinning in his grave.
Exactly how I feel been a fan since I was a baby and the way football players are now with these contracts they go from one team to another that’s a bunch of BS you stay with the team you signed with the team so you know what you’re going to have every year Derek Carr was never given the opportunity with a legitimate defense. He made the offense work on his own but when you go to Defense, it’s rank 20+ every year more like 25+ ranked D every year.and last year lost 10 games by less than one score what does that tell you that’s on the defense not on DC What IS he you supposed to do? He worked with what he had and did a good job with what he had to work with that’s all I’m trying to say so you don’t know how good he can really be. I guess time will tell now.

As long as the Saints defense continues to be a top ten, top fifteen defense like it has been, Carr and that offense will shine! Too many weapons and unlike the Raiders QB1, Carr is healthy and I'm sure like always, had the guys out at a park running route and throwing. Getting together and putting in work.

Derek Carr makes mediocre tight ends and receivers play great. Imagine what he will do with actual weapons at his disposal in New Orleans. I wouldn't be surprised if Derek wins a chip in Vegas this year.
