Cowboy Baby Quilt

The quilt measures 42"x50"
4-1/2" strips sewn together and then cut in 4-1/2" lengths to make the four patch square
Larger blocks measure 8-1/4" because that was the dimension of the four patch once I squared it up
1-1/2" strip for border out of bandana fabric
4-1/2" strips for outer border

Congratulations on having a new grand baby soon! I made it to the end and enjoyed it. I felt so badly for you, with everything going wrong, but the quilt turned out so beautiful! Great fabric and the label was the perfect choice. We live in Texas and I made a cowboy quilt for one of my grandsons 15 years ago. Glad to hear quilty dog is on the mend. Tfs!!

The pen test is not complete. Sharpies and most pens will also fade with daylight/sunlight. Nothing is truly permanent. Better to embroider the info. With good threads. Even if the color fades, the relief will still be there. 💚
