Europe in the early Middle Ages -- Nobles and clergy rule and the trade between nations brings prosperity as well as envy, distrust, and greed. Military conflict is everywhere and entire continents are changing.
In Medieval Dynasty, you take on the role of a young man who has fled from war and wants to take his fate into his own hands. From being alone, inexperienced and poor you will develop into a master of many skills, a leader of your community and the founder of a prosperous dynasty which is meant to last and prosper for generations to come. Defending against wild animals while hunting for food, gathering resources and crafting equipment, building a house and erecting a whole bustling village while founding a family all contribute to a unique gameplay experience across many genres. Tough winters and unexpected events challenge your skills and dexterity as you strive to build your own legacy.
You can choose to follow the main chapters, solve the questlines or just roam around and explore the vast medieval world - but be careful as wolves or bears may try to take a bite from you... Begin with the simplest things for your own survival like hunting and farming as well as building yourself a home. Found a family and have a heir - entice others to live near and work for you, erect many other buildings to transform your settlement into a vibrant village and, ultimately, a thriving dynasty that will reign for generations.
A massive medieval open 3D world awaits… Be aware of harsh winters and unexpected events while honing your skills to turn from a medieval survivor into the ruler of a dynasty. Grab your axe, hammer, or hunting bow - and craft your legacy!
Medieval Dynasty is a unique combination of multiple successful genres:
Survival: The need to survive, feed and ensure survival through hunting, farming and cultivation of the land.
Simulation: Create tools and weapons, construct and extend houses, stables and all manner of buildings as you grow an empire.
Role playing: Develop your own character, interact with NPCs, take care of your family and form community alliances by helping others and trading freely.
Strategy: While pioneering in the Middle Ages you will find and expand a village, manage the inhabitants, collect resources and produce all the goods you need and use or capitalize by trading them. - Ігри
Another thing about building houses is you can change the exiting door to a window or wall then change one of the other wall parts to a door where you want, it will even rearrange the interior to match the new door location.
Also, place the ghost of your foundation on a building then place one of the lantern (big outdoor light) so the light sticks into the building and will light up the interior at night for you.
I have almost 800 hours in the game and you taught me that I can place farm plots right next to buildings.
I didnt know they finally made it so the interior of the house changes! Thank you!

I love your marketplace idea, I only wish we could add roofs or even a gazebo canopy to shelter the shoppers.
The road trick still works in Oxbow also and I was able to remove a few offending huge bushes.

you can also put the lights into your houses and all buildings at the ghost mode stage, and lights in your fences, I really like the gate idea, the play ground will look great , gave me an I dea for a horse stable, if you jump up into the roof of your houses you can throw spears through the walls and hang deer or moose skulls to add extra decorations.
Oh that's neat! I thought at one point they added some skull decor but I will have to double check 🙂
@@pzuko89 I have a video on it from 2 years ago, I think it's called skulldeuggery or something, you can also do it on your front palisades, just need a false wall

I used Orchards instead of fields next to homes.
Love the ideas you come up with.
Just remember that Tax increas everytime you put a blueprint down, even if you distoy it.

the best wat is to use garden plot.
Using the different materials for the houses, does it change the temp at all for the occupants during winter? I know using all rock helps to insulate.. so does it decrease the temp in winter? pretty cool ideas. Thanks for the videos
You're welcome! I do believe the temp will be different but insulating them should still help 🙂
Are the shutters just decorative or do they add to the wood forgiveness?
They're just decorative so they don't actually add anything to the house's insulation stats but more decor does impact how happy the people living in the house are so they should bring up their mood 🙂
Do you know a way to create a dining area with some kind of roof?
I haven't experimented with that idea myself but the first thing I would try is using the new gateways and possibly setting logs across 2 of them maybe? 🤔
@@pzuko89 Yeah I tried something like that but it is so hard to align the logs or planks next to each other.
