How to decorate a hair clip: DIY hair clip tutorial: Make a hair clip like new

You need:
2 inch (5 cm) long hair clip
6 ft (1.8 m) 1mm thick rope (waxed cotton or nylon)
button
bead
scissors
glue (crazy glue/super glue)
