Mama cat looks just like my best friend growing up. I loved that cat so much! Also a rescue. This brought me to tears and I’m nearly 70 years old. Hope they both get wonderful homes.

The mother cat is so beautiful! At 28th of May I rescued a high pregnent Siam cat. Two days later she gave birth to five adorable babies. Now I have three rescued dogs and nine cats. But I hope I will find good forever homes for the babies, soon.

I actually ended up getting 2 mamas each with 2 Kittens. The 4 kittens went to an excellent local rescue and the mamas are now spayed at my expense. We put a cat door in our garage for them and let them out. They are too wild to be adopted, so we are taking care of them.

@missindependent1973 Generally cats will keep all their babies together, but I'm sure they searched thoroughly for others. It's possible that the mother cat was just too young or malnourished to have a large healthy litter, so it may have been that only one gestated successfully, or the rest died after birth.
I rescued a tiny kitten and her mum off the streets 10 years ago. I still have them and they're so sweet. I'd recommend anyone adopting a pair like this, it's wonderful watching their relationship develop ❤❤

Thank you for your wonderful care. I volunteer at a cat rescue and it hurts my heart to see the sad condition of the place. Cockroaches, dirty, hot. Such a sad place. The only comfort is they are safe and fed.
